It is a convenient commute from Washington, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, and New Jersey. Nearby airports include Salisbury and Ocean City, MD or Georgetown, Delaware.

Bayville Shores is a new resort community of distinctive waterfront townhomes located on the Little Assawoman Bay. This lakefront home enjoys one of the best views the community has to offer with a spectacular view of protected wetlands and the Bay. It is conveniently located next to the swimming pool and crabbing pier.  Into biking or walking? We have a wonderful, meandering trail that is sure to please you. Our luxurious, 3-story townhome was constructed in 2002 featuring 3 master suites, each with a full bath, a wonderful large great room with gas fireplace, glass-enclosed Florida room overlooking the water, patio, and a 3rd floor balcony to enjoy those awesome views!  The unit comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 and is beautifully furnished in a tropical decor.
